Here is a retro Pop-up Birthday Card I made recently

Print it, cut along the solid lines and score along the dotted lines

Its backwards so the lines will be hidden when you turn it over

Don't cut the red squares, they hold the inner parts of the letters in place (when you turn it over, colour them black)

Simple.

Enjoy :)
